Oregon DeMolay continues to grow, and our members are thriving. This growth is only possible because of the adults who stand beside them. Every chapter depends on advisors. Without enough adults, we cannot provide the safe, supportive, youth-led environment that helps young men become strong leaders.
You do not need to be an expert to serve in this role. You do not need to know the rituals or have years of experience with the organization. What our members need most are adults who care, who listen, and who are willing to show up twice a month to support young men as they learn leadership, communication, and responsibility.

Every adult has something valuable to offer, even if it does not feel significant at first. Often, the most powerful lesson for a young person is simply having an adult who shows up consistently.
