Oregon DeMolay University will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the Bend Masonic Lodge, 1036 NE 8th St, Bend, OR 97701, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a working lunch and a fun event at 4:00 p.m.
This leadership training is designed for adults, DeMolays, and Squires. Advisors play a crucial role in the success of our chapters, and attending DeMolay University provides valuable insights into member retention, engagement, and effective chapter leadership. Participants will gain practical tools to strengthen their chapters, inspire members, and support the continued growth of Oregon DeMolay.
The day will include interactive sessions, hands-on activities, and focused discussions aimed at helping attendees enhance their leadership skills and better support their members. The afternoon concludes with a fun event that provides time to connect and network with leaders from across the jurisdiction.
To support those traveling from outside Central Oregon, State Officers are planning an optional overnight stay at the lodge for those who would like accommodations. Additional details will be shared as plans are finalized.
Chapter members and advisors are strongly encouraged to attend to learn strategies, share experiences, and connect with peers. Whether you are new or have years of experience, this event offers meaningful tools to increase your impact on your chapter and its members.
