Oregon DeMolay is Growing Again
For the first time in many years, Oregon DeMolay is celebrating positive membership growth in 2025! This is a milestone worth cheering about, and it shows the energy, determination, and excitement that our members, advisors, and supporters are bringing to the jurisdiction.
So far this year, we have welcomed 23 new members into Oregon DeMolay, and outpacing the 20 young men who are reaching majority in 2025. That means we are moving forward, building strength, and ensuring that our Order has a strong future here in Oregon.
This success builds on the steady progress we’ve made over the last few years: 9 new members in 2022, 13 in 2023, 14 in 2024, and now 23 so far in 2025. The upward trend is undeniable. Oregon DeMolay is on the rise and moving with momentum.
New members bring new energy, new ideas, and new opportunities. We are also seeing growth through the opening of new chapters, giving young men across the state the chance to experience the fun, friendship, and leadership development that DeMolay offers. This is a team effort, and it is paying off in ways that everyone should be proud of.
But this is not the time to slow down. Membership is the lifeblood of DeMolay, and every conversation, every invitation, and every effort to share DeMolay with others makes a difference. Together, we are proving that Oregon DeMolay is alive, strong, and ready to thrive for another century.
And there’s even more good news on the horizon. At DeMolay Day on October 4th in Salem, we’ll be unveiling a brand-new membership initiative designed to keep this momentum going and give every chapter the tools to succeed. You won’t want to miss it.
